Refund policy

Online Purchases:

  • Returns for non-faulty items must be made within 15 days from delivery for a refund or credit note.
  • We recommend trying items upon receipt to allow for timely returns if needed.
  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months (or 2 years in select locations).

Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Items should not be used in photography, social media, or for personal gain.
  • All original packaging must be returned.
  • For swimwear and lingerie, items must be tried on with undergarments, and hygiene strips must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if these are removed or altered.
Exchanges:
  • To exchange for a different item or size, return to the original store/hotel for credit or refund and purchase a new item separately.
Final Sale Items:
  • Cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair accessories, and gift cards are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Gift Cards:
  • Non-returnable, valid for 5 years in most locations (up to 9 years in some areas, or no expiry in others).
International Returns:
  • Bella and Gaia does not refund international shipping, duties, or taxes. Contact your local customs for tax refunds.
  • All international returns must be marked as "returned goods" to avoid extra duties and taxes.
Return Process:
  • Submit a Return Request: Email info@bellaandgaia.com for a return request and instructions.
  • Pack Your Item(s): Include original proof of purchase. If your return doesn’t fit in one package, contact Client Services for a second return label.
  • Return Your Item(s):
  • Drop Off: At a UPS location or schedule a pickup via www.ups.com. Track your return using the link in your confirmation email.
  • If using another courier, Bella and Gaia is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Processing Returns:
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, longer during sales. You’ll be notified via email once processed.
